🚚 Shipping Policy

Processing Time: All confirmed orders are processed within 24 hours. Orders placed before 3pm are shipped the same day; orders placed after 3pm are shipped the next business day. Delivery Time: Standard delivery across India takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. Shipping Partners: We work with reliable courier services to ensure your products reach you fresh and on time. 

Cash on Delivery (COD): Available across India. Prepaid orders may include special offers and faster processing.

Shipping Fees: Calculated at checkout (may vary by delivery location and order value). Orders above a certain value may be eligible for free shipping.

🔄 Refunds and Replacements

​

Refunds are accepted only in cases where the delivered product is damaged, defective or incorrect.

For hygiene and food safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned. Refund requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery, with clear proof (photos/video) of the problem. Once approved, you can choose between a replacement or refund.

 

💳 Refund Policy

Refunds are initiated within 5-7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

Prepaid Orders: Refunds are credited back to the original payment method.

COD Orders: Refunds are processed via bank transfer/UPI.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

Opened, used or tampered products.

Damaged products due to mishandling by the customer.

Clearance or discount items (except if not defective).
