Eligibility for Returns

• Products must be unused and in original packaging.
• Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
• Unboxing video is required in case of damaged or incorrect product claims.

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or used consumable products.
• Products damaged due to misuse.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.

• Prepaid orders: Refund to original payment method.
• COD orders: Refund via bank transfer or UPI.

Return Shipping

In case of defective or wrong product delivery, return shipping will be borne by us. For other cases, shipping charges may apply.
